When you are done eating and are about to leave the employe says you need to pay more money.-You mean 40 mins after you want more money.?!I asked to talk to managerThe employe talks to set manager/owner on the phone but does not let me communicate with them. But then was told after employe hangs up with manager to forget it and that every thing is fine.I disagree!I did not ask for employe to speak on my behalf . And my complaint was not heard.The nerve of employe who says you can call and speak with set manager/owner tomorrow without asking if that suits me.PLEASE NOTEI ordered 2 large subs with 2 keto buns for one of the large sub and put both in a combo. The issue was I asked for a large sub not 2 smalls. So they want to charge me for 2 smalls instead of a large (which is the same amount of food) and then charge me for 2 keto buns. Sorry that is charging me twice for the same product!PLEASE NOTE TO MANAGEMENTI do not want a standard message to go to your web page. Simply tell me what can be changed and how we can change things to avoid this situation again!

I would not recommend this place i got vegie sub today and the tomatoes he was giving was all the old ones and also the vegie patty was not fresh i got food poisioning after having

Always polite, courteous efficient. Very pleasant to speak with very accommodating. Top notch subs made exactly as you ask.

I'm giving this place a one star and I'm refusing to go back because they recently started asking for tips. What makes this even more cringe is they ask for a tip before they even make the sub or so anything. At this location you pay BEFORE they make the sub so I'm being asked to tip on what? How well they took my order? So like most sane people, I refused to tip. I then noticed the server looked at the receipt while putting it in my bag, obviously looking for the tip. This is all just super awkward for the consumer and an obvious cash grab by the franchise. I won't be going back here ever again and shame on this store for even asking for tips. Pay a living wage, adjust your prices, and don't put the onus on the customer to supplement their income.
