I booked a table for 20.10.2020 for my daughter's birthday. manager on the phone and waitress who worked behind the bar, no one recognized us, finally came waitress over. no happy birthday I thought could be a nice gesture as they ask if their special occasions when they book, as well as shown too table, took drinks order and then after one because I had to call someone to order food, nothing major only 2 sub rolls both a one on white one on brown. both came on white not a massive problem until I went to eat it and it had halloumi instead of huh! I sent back what of course my daughter would have done almost her before my arrived! disappointment as we were the two customers there

I have made a last minute booking on their website for slug and lettuce and get a confirmation for it. at the arrival, however, I was told that we could not get our table because they could not use their website and offer us no table, as they were completely booked. I find this very bad, as we had to say our lunch because of this and we could not find anywhere else in the opposite to get a table. if this had been updated by opentable or the restaurant I would have been likely to be able to book a table elsewhere at the time instead of going there and being turned away. very disappointed by this service.

We were not impressed by missoula and were actually disappointed as they were recommended to us. we visited the hottest day of the year so far and their air conditioning was only not on kratzer. we could not sit outside if we wanted because they had no sunshades for shadows and the outside was not well presented. we sat inside, up on the back when they tried to find the coolest place they could, but really this was only dark, lacking ambiente and was still too warm. we had booked an early table when we were in a matinee in the theater when we arrived the restaurant was quite empty, but they said we had to sit at the bar, because he was not sure whether the waitress was back from their break, I don't need to know that only poor service! we then ordered a drink and when our table was ready, nobody offered to wear our drinks upstairs. eating was ok, nothing special and one of the dishes we ordered was not correctly described on the menu and was actually powdered on bread. the service during the meal was basic with much to reach over people's sleep, a not very friendly server and no attention or discernment to serve. the bathroom were absolutely boiling, almost sauna, as they really had thought before and fans or got something, it was terrible. a very average experience.

Terrible food! Steak was over priced and like rubber. The waitress was rude and they forgot half of our food which meant our food was cold by time we had our sides brought out! Big mistake choosing Missoula!
