Kfc - Milton Keynes

I have been scammed multiple times at this restaurant. I consistently receive at least 25% less food than what I order, as shown on the receipt. I am unsure why they do this with takeout orders. It seems unreasonable to think they would need to steal food, possibly reselling it from frozen. I typically do not double-check my larger orders on the spot, as I expect fast service for fast food. However, I recommend checking your bags before leaving.

Food is normal kfc standard but getting served is a horror show. No self ordering terminals like every McDonald’s on earth, and impossibly slow staff.

Four of us called in for a late lunch yesterday. One of our group had two very clear human hairs stuck in the coating of one of the pieces of chicken. We spoke to the Manager, who just said “Chickens have hairs”. No apology whatsoever and it left us shocked and speechless just how poorly he dealt with the situation. We got nowhere. After about 10 minutes, one of the pleasant ladies at the counter offered us a replacement bit of chicken but we declined. Still no apology. Neither did we enjoy having to swat away the many small black flies in the restaurant. I’m not in the habit of leaving negative reviews but we all felt somewhat disgusted by the whole experience here, not only with the hair, but the way that the manager was. No excuse. Little food was eaten and we will certainly not be going here again

Came inwith my partner ordered food had to chase up some of the order not 1st time this has happened. Needed use ladies toilet lock was broken so went to use disabled toilet someone has been in there s##t n lots of it in pan toilet ovb not been checked as smell was enough make you sick n someone been in there rolling baccy as was all over sink n toilet seat did complain but nothing got sorted really disgusting sort it out
