I have worked in a chain restaurant before and I could tell that the pasta and sauce were likely prepared in a bag or microwave, and the meatballs were probably heated in a microwave as well. The burger also did not seem to have been grilled as there were no grill marks or signs of it being cooked on a hot surface. Despite this, the food was still tasty. The main aspect of dining out for me is the overall experience of being served and enjoying the food, as well as observing the chefs in action. In this case, one of the chefs even sang while cooking, which added to the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite and quickly corrected a mistake on our bill. I would probably go back to this restaurant, but next time I may opt for something different as I do enjoy pasta but sometimes crave a good burger.

Dining at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is very accommodating. If you have any specific dietary preferences or restrictions, I recommend speaking to the kitchen and the wait staff as they are happy to cater to everyone's needs. This restaurant offers good value for money and is a great place for everyone to enjoy. I was hesitant to dine here as I don't like mushrooms, but they were able to adapt the dishes to suit my tastes.

My partner and I decided to dine at this restaurant tonight because we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, stylish design, and tasteful music. The service was excellent, although at times there was a longer than usual wait for the bill. However, with the option to pay using the tableside payment app, we were able to avoid waiting for too long. The drinks were fantastic, although on our last visit in November, I was unable to have alcohol as I was 9 months pregnant. I requested a milkshake made with a milk alternative, and although they didn't have milkshakes or other dairy-based drinks available, they were able to accommodate my request by offering a delicious mocktail instead. Our go-to order is always the chicken and rib combo, and on one occasion when I received a chicken leg instead of a breast, they kindly replaced it without any fuss. Overall, we have always had a great experience dining here and have never encountered any issues with our orders.
