Domino's Pizza - Milton Keynes

Said it all in the title yum, tasty hot and as always freshly made, we always use the one in Oxley Park, lovely staff

Last 2 experiences have had luke warm pizza to which had to warm up again. Delivery was 45 minutes late and when speaking to the store poor service didnt keep there word of calling back and advising the progress of where the driver was and the driver didn't even apologise for being late when he eventually turned up. We had pizza delivered tonight to save cooking as we'd just returned from holiday. However I wish I'd saved my money and had beans on toast. Whilst the pizzas were delivered more quickly than I was advised they would be, they were luke warm at best and dry and unappetising. The potato wedges were cold also. The last pizzas I had from this branch were also disappointing and they got the order wrong. I will not be using them again.

Collected 2 medium Pizza's tonight 12/06/17. To be honest I get 50% discount due to my job, but I doubt we will return. Both Pizza's had very little toppings, I know they were discounted but really ??? The service was quick any easy, but the food is a little poor. Sorry Dominoes your going to miss out next time and bad news travels fast.

I had a disappointing experience at the Domino's Pizza in Newport Pagnell last night. I ordered two medium pizzas at 7:20pm, but after an hour of waiting with no delivery and no answer when calling the store, I decided to go there to collect my order. When I arrived, the service was chaotic - phones were ringing with no one answering, the staff seemed confused and untrained, and the whole scene reminded me of something out of Fawlty Towers. It was clear that the staff were inexperienced and struggled to keep up with the orders. This was a letdown considering Domino's efforts to maintain a standardized brand. If they can't handle a reduced menu, I worry for them when they resume their full menu.
