Anatolia Turkish - Milton Keynes

Original review: (2 stars) "I was disappointed by Anatolia. Our meal on Saturday was below average. The seafood grill my wife ordered had very small portions for £15. My lamb dish had a gristy texture and a sickly sauce. The mushroom starter was alright, but the desserts were also tiny. We were dissatisfied, especially considering our high expectations. While the service was good, we found the portion sizes and food quality disappointing. Compared to Antep in Wolverton, Anatolia falls short in menu options and consistency. We wish our experience had matched the positive reviews, but sadly, it was a letdown."

Yesterday evening, my friends and I decided to go to the restaurant without a reservation, despite the snowy weather, as it was my birthday and we didn't want the weather to ruin our plans. The staff were fantastic and managed to seat us right away, even though they were very busy. Although we initially ordered seafood, we changed our minds and the waiter was very accommodating and happy to suggest alternative options. The food was simply delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. We particularly recommend trying the chicken and lamb dishes.

We took a take from here tonight and it was delicious! the restaurant was totally pampered when we went to collect, but our food was ready in 30 minutes, as promised, ready and waiting for us. I had the lamb, crumb, yogurt and would recommend

The first time in a Turkish restaurant and not disappointed at anyway, eating was amazing, personal was great, would definitely recommend! will not last time that I visit, that is safe!

A few weeks ago, I wrote an honest but unfavorable review of Anatolia. However, Anatolia impressed me with their response to customer feedback. They made changes based on our comments and invited us back, turning us into loyal customers. When we returned last Friday, the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. The portions were small, and overall, we were unsatisfied. Unfortunately, another restaurant in the area offers better food and portion sizes. I wish our experience at Anatolia had been better."
