Contribuiți la feedbackTL;DR: This is sort of standard fare, which is a granted, yet this fare is good enough quality and has been tweaked to a good, and specific sort of degree where the price is right, it is unpretentious, and can make for a nice and quick meal. The fact it knows its place is good enough, where it can work well for that specific niche. Coming up from the big smoke in Sydney, all the way to the sleepy hollow that is Brisbane, the staff behind this new Turkish attraction have a whole heap of experience over the past number of years. Getting that sweet spot where quality does matter, but it does not have to go over the top either, being able to be straight up street food or something simple, it fits a niche that is growing each day. With a second go around thinking about it, all the makings here make sense with it being located in Milton, where there is a fairly rich array of eateries to chose from, and it is a bit more upmarket than West End, and with an overall focus on quality. It made complete sense with all this considered that what we were getting was going to taste good. It was heading into the weekend, with that feeling in the air on the Friday during work. Most of us here probably know how things are usually done a bit differently around the lunchtime rush of that day, and special events are often changed up for it. That sometimes happens at my work place, and it was for one week that my boss suggested getting an HSP to share from remembering a good one nearby that I have gotten a couple of times. In between errands, when he was out of the main office for a bit that had me jump onto the UberEats app and plug in an order quite quickly; something which I had thought a bit ahead in the meantime. In considering that, all it was was searching snack pack on the app and it pulled up few choices. After going through the choices there, it was simply eenie, meenie, miney, moe and this one ultimately became the choice. While partially hesitant in plugging in the orders, after doing so all that needed to do done was to stand by and wait for the order to arrive. As far as the delivery service goes, again it is a case of it coming in and doing its job, and having it all done quick and clean without too much hassle. While at the home base, there has not been any issues just yet, around here it was through trial and error to get the right location, convenient and inconspicuous. Through trial and error, I believe that after using this same location as the drop off point for so many times in a row, that the whole process has finally been perfected. Even in being fair to the delivery service with UberEats, there has been a bit of a rough edge coming to the final touches when it was the agreed upon location here. More often than not, it has the courier usually on a bike running round in circles or doing several wrong turns. That was not the case there, with the drop off being quick and clean with the food all fresh and ready to be eaten. This made for quite a bit of difference, ran the operations smoothly and is encouraging to continue using this app in the future at work.It has a pretty basic and straightforward menu. The main item on their menu is pide, which is divided into simple classic fillings, and more gourmet fillings using meats, cheeses, and such. There are also char-grilled meats, gozmeles, simple pizzas, kebabs, and a range of different dips to have with bread among some other snacks. This is like the kebab shop with better quality fare. So in getting to the main reason for trying out this place, the HSP. To bring it up to speed, this is basically a bed of fries that are seasoned, and then get layered with a choice of kebab meat I went with the mixture cheese, and a choice of sauce going a bit different to normal, I chose a yoghurt sauce. It more or less is what it is, and there is not really any convincing anyone that it is good if they are set on not thinking so what it is is sold right there, for a specific taste. To me, it seems to be a case that I keep on getting and ordering one, so it is clear that my thoughts are fairly optimistic on them. That being said, as per usual some are better than others, and while I have had better takes on it, there have been worse as well, and here is more on the positive end of the spectrum. Both the amount of meat put on top of the fries, as well as the amount of fries themselves, were pretty generous. It was a mixture of chicken and lamb, both of them were tender and juicy with very little fat left on them, and the fries might not have been the best a bit more cooking to crisp them up would have worked however, they were pipping hot and seasoned quite well. The sauce on top was lightly squeezed on, not quite dampening the fries. It seemed to be quite popular with the folks at the table, so that was a good sign. Since I saw this as another excuse for a review, a little bit of something more was added into the order. Sharing was definitely the idea around here, and that meant one of the pizzas/pides was the best bet. Truth be told, so many of them could have been gotten, and a pizza party could easily be arranged in getting a big variety of them delivered. Going over all the choices, it came down to the wire but what ultimately got chosen was the suckulu pide, which was a combination of a Turkish sausage, with cheese and egg folded over. On the side was a wedge of lemon to squeeze over it. The dough was soft and tender, using quite a bit of butter within the mixture. The egg and cheese combined together nicely, having a bit of bite to their flavour, and the sausage was simply delicious big bits of it throughout. We are two and two for success here, and it might be a left-field option when getting pizza for work functions. This is pretty simple fair in which there are countless varieties of them all around town, and all up it can leave as a satisfying, unpretentious snack. As basic as it appears to be, hence that it more or less gets the score, there was definitely some care and attention to providing quality given to the food. Also, while there could be small case that maybe a higher score would be suited, part of the restriction there is that not a huge enough order was sampled to truly see if the place is up there with the best, though if it is simple and straightforward that you like in your Middle Eastern fare, particularly their fast food, then this is worth skipping the late night kebab over for something that is truly tasty and delicious.
TL;DR: this is a type of standard tariff that is a granted, but this tariff is good enough quality and has been adjusted to a good, and specific type of grade where the price is correct, it is unpredictable, and can be used for a beautiful and fast meal. the fact that it knows that its place is good enough where it can work well for this specific niche. from the great smoke in sydney, to the sleepy cave that is brisbane, the workers behind this new Turkish attraction have a whole lot of experience in recent years. to get the sweet spot where quality plays, but it does not have to go over the top, in the location, eat directly on the street or something simple...read more

With the likely oft-parroted caveat that I never write reviews, I write here to say that I am so glad I stumbled upon this little, authentic French cafe in
