Shoeless Joe's - Milton

This is terrible spot in Milton. The manager Conrad is hands down one of the worst managers I have come across. We went with the family for dinner, this manager smelled drunk and tried to be funny with my family members. My children and wife were embarassed with his behaviour. Never ever again.!! There are many other places in the area, be safe with your family.

Must start off with STAFF was great, caring and thoughtful re my situation. However manager that night was not sympathetic and understanding when I asked him “ would you eat this burnt breaded fish ??” He looked at me with no reaction and was not verbal at that moment. I guess I surprised him with that question! So , basically I felt like I should accept this burnt fish and chips , this is round two at this point . Round one …. was cold overdone fries that were mixed with some new ones and a “2oz” coleslaw “” what are you kidding me. Coleslaw is so cheap it’s like ,69 cents /lb. Shame on them , so I was told this is a head office decision. Wow , pretty cheap if you ask me! Of course they don’t provide at least a 4 oz serving of coleslaw!!! Also, how can you forget the tartare sauce with an order of fish and chips. Anyways , in the end I had to refuse everything but I had to leave or I would have been late for my show. However , one particular staff member asked me if I could just eat something so I don’t leave hungry. She offered me some Fresh hot made fries, I accepted. That is how my fries should of come out w my fish and chips in the first place!!! So frustrating and unnecessary. A fish and chips truck could have done this w no problem! Don’t waste your time , energy, and money. Spend it elsewhere where the restaurant deserves the business. Sorry, for this negative review but, others need to know.Typical corporate greed! Only care about the bottom line, could careless what they serve you !! Oh and the place was empty on Mother’s Day! Should have been the first clue.

I was here with my friends on Friday and had a blast. The new LTO menu was amazing. We tried the smokey mac n cheese. It was soo good. Nice recommendation from our server. The chicken wrap was also tasty. Our server was so much fun. She knew the menu in and out. Even the fish bowl drink she had suggested was amazing. The manager also came around to check on the table. This was great as it was very busy. All in all we had a great fun night. Awesome food great drink menu and amazing service. Will be back.

Ordered off Uber eats for my friends and I. Ordered 4 apps. Only received 3 and was missing dips for the deep fried pickles. Not the first time this has happened either. Do yourself a favour and order from a more reliable restaurant.

I have been going to this Shoeless for years. My husband and I always feel welcomed. The staff is outstanding. The food is always tasty. We book all our social events with them and we couldn't ask for a better experience.
