Great service, we went last minute for a birthday dinner and they were very accommodating even providing a birthday treat for the birthday boy. Good portion sizes, staff were great to deal with.

Ordered four take-out meals, two of which were inedible. Undercooked chicken parm. pink meat. This should have never left the kitchen. A burger pattie still stone-cold inside, and the condiments suffering from the microwave. A cold burger topped with a slurry of lukewarm mystery slush. Phoned to complain and warn the staff that their food borders on dangerous and is therefore totally unappetizing. They suggested I phone the delivery service to complain. Not sure what a guy with a thermopack on the back seat of his Prius had to do with a disorganized and chaotic kitchen, but so it goes. NOT RECOMMENDED not in a million years. I realise that this was likely an isolated case, but

Katie was super good, she is very helpful, kind, and patient although we had many changes for our order. We came here a couple months ago and once we walked in today she recognized us and still had our order memorized, she made us feel very welcome and at home. One of the best waiters we’ve had.

Hadn 't been to Kelsey 's in years. Our previous visit was a disaster and I told them we wouldn 't be back. Our grand daughter wanted to go there for her birthday so we could hardly refuse. The food was good but my wife 's pasta dish was stone cold. When I told the server, she whisked it away and the manager quickly brought another piping hot pasta. The pasta was removed from the bill and everyone was happy. If they had only done this years ago we would have been back sooner. Appreciate this time that the mistake was acknowledged and corrected. They made it right and that is worthy of the rating given. Will be back.

Great Service from a young lady named SAM. I hadn’t been to a Kelsey’s for quite some time. I met a friend for lunch at the Milton location on Sunday, Nov 10th. We were coming from opposite directions on highway 401 so this location just off the highway was convenient for both of us. SAM has the perfect personality for a server. She was friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to answer any questions about the menu without having to consult with the kitchen first. Our food and drinks arrived correctly and in a timely manner. Sam offered suggestions for dessert and we were able to take our time catching up on our current events. It was nice to feel welcomed and that our business was appreciated. This might become our go-to spot to meet up!
