Booster Juice - Milton

Jaeden and Gemma were very hospitable during my short visit. It was busy when I got there but Jaeden was prompt and polite to receive me and take my order. While he prepped the ingredients for my smoothie, he was excellent at keeping the conversation going. When I decided to add a couple of snacks to my order, Gemma seamlessly took over my smoothie so I wouldn’t experience any delays. Stand out service and lovely people who smiled throughout. Trust me, if I can tell with their masks on, they were doing it. 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

I’m a pregnant woman who stopped by Booster Juice— a store I visit regularly always shop from to ask to use the bathroom at 9am the guy working denied me the bathroom.Chances are if he let me use the bathroom I would’ve bought my drink after the fact, but he flat out denied despite seeing how pregnant I was.This happened this past week I hate to go around leaving bad reviews, but I’m still upset, because who does that? To a pregnant person especially.

Customer service is totally unprofessional. The girl working at the store around 7:35pm was very rude. As soon as I placed my order, she brutally took off the transaction receipt that was there from the previous customer and literally tapped loud on that little machine!! If you don’t wanna make a specific drink/ serve customers, go home girl ! Don’t serve attitude. The reviews before are truly genuine. Trust them peeps!

Owner has a HORRIBLE attitude. It clearly rubs off on his staff. The fact that someone like that is running a service-based franchise has turned me off from Booster Juice for awhile...
