I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday, which is a significant milestone in her life. I spent half an hour discussing the customization with a store associate and paid the full amount upfront. However, when I arrived at the store the next day at the scheduled time, I was informed after running around for 30 minutes that my order hadn’t been processed. To make matters worse, they told me that a refund wasn’t possible. I will never return to this store and would advise anyone looking for a cake for special occasions to explore other options.

Please consider updating your hours so that customers don't arrive only to find the store closed. The actual closing time is 9:30 PM, not 10 PM.

The tables were disgusting, covered in dirt and leftover peanuts. I was fortunate to notice since I have allergies! The staff member refused to clean the tables until I insisted. I couldn't believe it! Plus, I had two 5-year-olds with me.

I arrived at the store at 9:52 PM, and it was supposed to be open until 10:30 PM, but they unexpectedly closed early. This was quite surprising.

I regret spending my money here! I ordered a three-scoop sundae, but the scoops were hardly larger than a tablespoon. I should have just gone to the supermarket and bought a tub instead. They really need to train their staff on what an actual scoop should look like.
