Not a fan, food is pricey, portion is tiny and service is slow like 101 traffic on a Thursday evening. We ordered a bunch of their best sellers. Only one that stood our were the beef tongue. The photos on Yelp and the reviews really intrigued me. But for the bang for my buck, I'd rather go to an Izakaya.
Atmosphere is shoddy. Restaurant doesn't seem to be doing so well. They are offering a limited menu with a few items. It's sad because the food is pretty good.
I ordered takeout and was disappointed. The packaging was really cheap, the wagyu bento was not authentic wagyu, and the rice was undercooked.
I made a reservation with a friend to have lunch at this restaurant. When we walked in, it looked like they were closed because the dining room was empty with very few tables. We were greeted by the only server/host in the restaurant at 12:30pm on a Saturday. We were seated at a table and looked at the menu using a QR code. I was surprised that the menu was so short, it seemed like it was missing a page. Despite this, we decided to give it a try. We ordered two beers, beef tartare, beef tongue, and ribeye. The beef tongue and ribeye were decent, while the beef tartare was okay. Overall, the food was nothing special. I felt sorry for the server who was handling four tables by himself. Unfortunately, our dining experience was disappointing and we will not be returning. We spent $100 and left feeling hungry, so we ended up going to Shihlin and CoCo Tea for wine and SweetDragon pies. LOL...
