Contribuiți la feedbackA poor experience. Out of 30-40 tables, there were 3-5 tables occupied. Mostly an empty restaurant at 6:30p on a Wednesday. One host walked up to seat us, walked us to the center of the restaurant then asked us to wait and walked away. After 10-12 minutes of standing in the middle of a mostly empty restaurant we walked back to the hostess stand. From there, 5-6 employees walked by us but ignored us. Eventually someone from the kitchen walked over and greeted us and told us to sit anywhere. After 10 more minutes we got menus. In the end, the service was slow and haphazard, food came out lukewarm, no one refilled drinks, no offer for grated cheese on the pasta, etc. Just an awful experience and now it’s quite obvious why the restaurant was 90% empty. Seemed to be no floor manager or anyone coordinating the service and we saw two couples at the hostess stand turn and walk away after waiting for 10 minutes to be greeted and seated.
I ask for something to be added to my meal. The waitress said that the chef does not like to do that. That should never come from the chef. This restaurant does not have the client like it use to, maybe that is the reason
Been here few years back... but this time was very dissappointing. Pasta alfredo was very dried, hardly any alfredo sauce... like if it was an old pasta just warmed up... terrible and expensive.
We received our salads the same time we received our entrees and found a plastic article in the Lasagna… We won’t be coming back anytime soon…
Who wants to work Thanksgiving? Not! I understand fully but you need to tell the guest Communicate! “Hey we had some staff not show up For work so bear with us!”We were pretty much not loved. Food tasty, service sad. Where was the Manager? Hostess was our savior…She got the bartender to get us our turkey dinners. Happy Holidays!
