Jollibee - Milpitas

They just need to better calculate the time it takes for online orders. Consistently I have waited way longer than the time the app states my food will be ready.

I only come here for the spicy chicken and they almost never have it. i wish i knew they dont have it before hand because i live half an hour away but this is the closest jollibee to me. i have tried calling ahead but they never answer so the only way toknow if they dont have it is to go there for them to tell you when u order it which is so disappointing everytime i come here.

Chicken was decent and I really liked the mashed potatoes. Only two stars because it took over twenty minutes for my food to come out and I was told it was the hamburger steaks took longer, they were lukewarm and bland????

Hands down the best chicken burger I've ever had (even tops Chick-fil-A and Popeyes). It's fresh, juicy, and huge. Spicyness here is one another level, so watch out.

Got my order to go however it didn't come with napkins which I felt was weird when I had to ask them for it and caught a vibe. The prices do seem higher post pandemic which I don't understand. But still some of the best fried chicken in all the land LOL
