Royal Farms - Millsboro

I called the manager this morning after me making a mistake by clicking the wrong location on the Royal Farms app and was told their location isn't on the app and I accidentally ordered from this location by mistake. When I talked to the manager she said I can't get my refund back because the food was ready and prepped. Not pleased

Terrible service I went to buy a box of french fríes I paid $5.19 and she ended up handing me a small box of fríes I asked her why and she just said aggressively that she wanted it If I couldn't leave it there then I said I wanted to talk to your manager and she said She was her own manager So I ended up paying $5.19 for a box of small fries lousy service

This is my second time trying to get a fountain soda at this location in about a week, and unfortunately, it tasted unpleasant and gritty again. I even sampled it before buying this time but still ended up wasting my money. I tried two different soda brands, but both had the same unappealing taste. I decided to go for a cup of ice and a bottled soda instead. However, today the western fries disappointed me as well; they tasted extremely greasy and dirty, as if the oil or the filter needs changing. It’s quite disheartening to see such a nice-looking, relatively new store being so poorly maintained beneath the surface. I noticed similar complaints in other reviews, so clearly, I’m not the only one who's experienced this. I won’t even consider trying the tea. Clean up your act, RoFo, and teach your staff how to maintain proper cleanliness.

The ordering system allows for items that are out of stock, which means you may end up waiting for the cashier to process a refund. Additionally, I encountered connectivity issues that prevented me from using the ROFO app while in the store, so I was unable to scan the barcode during checkout.

This is my third visit to Royal Farms, and I’ve found that all the locations I've tried are quite similar. At this particular location, there was a tall young man with a long beard who was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t think to ask for assistance at the ordering station and ended up purchasing 2 thighs, 2 legs, and a small mashed potato for over $16. When I went to pick up my food, I asked him if it would be cheaper to order a meal, and he kindly explained that it is. Now I know for next time. The gas prices here are reasonable compared to where I live, but they still seem excessively high. Unfortunately, they are likely to increase further due to the current administration's policies.
