Worst drive-thru experience ever. The food is consistently cold, and the donuts are often packed upside down in the bags. We pay for frosted donuts, only to find the frosting smeared on the bag instead. The employees hardly acknowledge your presence, and they frequently get the wrong donuts in your order. Save yourself the trouble and head to the Dunkin' in Ocean Pines instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped by their drive through on our way home from the beach. The coffee was great as always but I wanted to comment on Liz, who was working then. She was very polite and friendly and she also noticed our tired out yellow lab Lily lounging in the back. She raved over Lily and asked if she could give her something. Of course we said yes and Liz gave her several dunkin munchkins. It was a very nice gesture and Lily was very appreciative!
