Steak 'n Shake - Millersville

I was here several times under the last administration, and while the food was always good, the service was annoying. The trip thru was always packed because it took 10-15 minutes waiting after the order just a few burgers and the staff were incredibly rude. Under the new management, the service seems to have improved. I ordered 3 burger flours and 4 milk shakes. Had the milk shakes almost instantly and had to wait one minute or two longer for the burgers. I'm sure it took 20 minutes, but I was in 10 minutes. Finally happy to say that the service is on par with the taste of food. I would also recommend the garlic burger and the birthday cake milkshake.

Drove 45 minutes to try this place under the new management. Been sitting fast and with a warm smile. Service was excellent and the food was all I could imagine (more then). I have the chocolate chip cookie pastry milkshake and the original prime burger. Both were made exceptionally good. I also added the special Steak 'n Shake seasoning to my frits (highly recommended). You can even buy some seasons to take home! I also loved how you could see in the kitchen area to see how they prepared your food. Finally, the tables, chairs and menus are clean and fresh!

This was our first visit to the new management. The difference is incredible. The place is clean, service was fast, food was great. I had only one complaint, I ordered my burger without onions. It came with onions. The servers do not order onions. The mistake was not the server, but the kitchen. She apologized and offered to take it back. I refused to be the woman and I had to be somewhere. Under the old management I would not have made this offer. I'm not a fan of her fries, but MUCH better than before. I'm going back.

I stopped and tried between jobs. I've never eaten. The food was good and cheap.

A large banana shake, large fries, a coke, and a bacon double cheeseburger and a $2 tip final bill under $10 how is that even possible I love this place
