I will never give them my business again. unfortunately there are prices amazing, but it is absolutely ridiculous customer service
I go here fairly often for a quick bite. The burgers are typically pretty good and tasty. They have a nice arsenal of good burgers to choose, and a nice generous amount of fries. When ordering chicken meals, the chicken kind of sucks. Tastes cheap and microwaved, sometimes a bit cold. The French fries can be a hit or miss as well. A huge upside is the staff at this location. So friendly and attentive. The half apps are also very good here as well.
Worst dining experience we have had in a long while. Not busy but very short staffed also our waiter had no idea what to bring us. We had to ask for everything. Eg napkins and silverware was given to us after food was delivered. My granddaughters quesadilla was dried out unedible. We asked to speak with the manager a number of times but he was to busy working the kitchen. This will never be our stop coming home from the beach again. BC
The service at this location was hands down the BEST service i’ve ever received at an applebees restaurant. TYLER AND EMERSON WERE AMAZING!! they were both incredibly social and fun, and they gave great recommendations! I definitely would recommend this location and definitely request either Tyler or Emerson to be your server!!!!
I will never go to this Applebee's location ever again. My son suffers from life threatening food allergies. The assistant manager and store manager Dean Krass refused to prepare food from their menu in a separate pan to ensure no cross contamination. I explained to them that my son is considered disabled because of his food allergies. I inquired if they were familiar with the Americans with Disabilities Act. After about 45 minutes of going back and forth, and Dean reaching out to his district manager Matthew ???, he was then magically able to find a pan to cook my son's food in. The waitress brought out what I believed was my sons food. Little did we know that this food was contaminated by being cooked on shared cooking equipment. Then the manager came to the table with my sons food that was cooked in the separate pan. I questioned them and they had nothing to say. This experience was horrible especially for my son. I know things could have turned out way worse. Thankfully my son fine despite ingesting a few fries due to their error.
