2017 is a time for having fun and playing catch up!!! I neem out the Pitmasters for a min and I'm back with a vengeance for smokin!!! A three of the pictures I copied form online to show what I will be selling at the festivals I will be doing catering. The rest of the pictures I took from my other restaurant and festivals, I will put a couple of videos on here as well.

Absolutely fantastic food! I met Darcy at a fair last year while we were both vendors. I was selling sauces, and she was preparing all that delicious-smelling food, which drew me in immediately. I ended up visiting her stand every day! The flavors were incredible and everything was so tender. I loved it all and I made it a point to try something different almost every time, though I have to admit I was hooked on the pulled chicken and pulled pork – I just couldn't get enough of them!

The best BBQ I've had in a long time! Plus, it's conveniently located next door. My mom loves the food too!
