I’ve been a regular at Starbucks, but my recent experiences at this drive-through location have been disappointing. The first thing they mention at the window is the tip screen, which feels uncomfortable. A $1 tip on a $5 drink used to signify top-notch service, but now it seems like an expectation. The process starts off well with a cheerful greeting from a young lady at the drive-through menu, but then you get to the window and a man immediately asks about a tip, making the situation awkward. To make matters worse, I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and the milk was burnt, with no caramel flavor in sight. If they focused on getting the order right as much as they did on asking for tips, perhaps I’d receive a drink worthy of a 20% tip. It’s disappointing to see the decline in quality and service.
Staff via drive thru was incredibly rude, and we ordered 2 drinks and gave her $3 for tips once we tasted one of the new drinks it wasn’t what we were expecting instead of offering an alternative option she clearly said no we don’t add any syrup to this drink, and said she have to charge for extra syrup, we are happy to pay for it but the way she communicated to us was so RUDE. Do better Starbucks
I’m never disappointed when I come here. The drive thru line moves very quickly and the staff are always so friendly.
Everytime I come here I am ignored. No acknowledgment no greeting. 10 minutes just to order a tea. When ever person behind the counter is staring at me. 15 minutes of waiting just to ask for my money back. The sticker for my drink just sitting there as they make every drink in the drive through and everyone's drinks after me. Drive the extra 5 minutes to next starbucks. Everything about this location is trash, including the dirty tables.
