Uno Pizzeria - Millbury

Sooo. We went here on a Sunday night @6PM. There were hardly any customers and we were told there would be a 10 15 minute wait. We waited for over a half an hour. We thought about leaving and we should have but we ended up staying. The service was extremely slow and the place seemed understaffed. Firstly, there was a bug in my lemonade, we didn’t receive any napkins or any sort of coaster for our drinks, we ordered a cheese pizza and rice pilaf and the pizza was normal but the “rice pilaf” was flavorless yellow rice.. talk about false advertising on that. Our server rarely checked on us and the place isn’t even busy! I don’t mean to be a karen or anything because last time we were here the food was really good and the service was pretty decent, but they just really went rock bottom today.. honestly, if this was my first time here i’d never come again.

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding a recent visit to Uno of Black Stone Valley. Some of the food was served cold, flies were present, and the offered to re warm the plate , solution didn't fully address the issue. I refrained from accepting any discount to ensure the legitimacy of my complaint. I informed the manager, but it seems unlikely that any action will be taken. I hope this can help address this matter with the restaurant management.
