I like Red Robin. Their red royal burger is my favorite. I don't know what was going on when I went last but the food came out cold. Thr bartender Mya was great. Their food is great if you're eating at the restaurant. But if you order take out, it's absolutely terrible. I did it yesterday, waited 15 extra minutes, it was saying ready at 6.30pm, they only brought my food close to 6 50pm because someone else asked for their order and they happened to find my bag waiting for me..final results, food was cold, steak fries were soggy, burger was burnt, plus an online order made me leave tips before actually checking their service, so there goes 20% on tips for absolutely terrible service.
