Delicious authentic Chinese food, reasonable price. I would definitely like to come back for other dishes next time.

Ignore the old negative reviews! Under NEW OWNERSHIP... The owners are very sweet and accommodating! And the food is delicious! Here on the whim came after the reviews about this place... such an inconceivable restaurant in a strip... what a great find! Ordnete egg blossom soup to begin... This was really good, which was a positive advantage for the rest of the meal .... Order dry cooked cord beans stir roasted cabbage (with added tofu) ... Both were incredibly delicious! I ordered Mongolian beef, szechuan king pao chicken and chao mian for my boy friend and me. The Szechuan Kingpao Chicken was the best I ever had. we ate both dishes . definately back for it.

We have been going to New China restaurant since it opened and we love the food there. We have tried different places around Mill Creek but this has to be the only place that *doesn't* add a ton of salt and then a ton of sugar to balance the salt. Their food is fresh, tasty and worth trying out. Anyone who finds it low salt can add more soy or oyster sauce to make it so. The service is respectful and quick, portions generous, and prices reasonable. Dine-in is recommended for lunch. Must try: Mongolian Beef, Spare ribs appetizer, and Wonton soup.

Always consistent. Once we found our favorites, we know what to expect and they never disappoint. Dishes with vegetables have large vegetable portions, so if you're looking for a meat centered dish, choose one w/o veg.
