We typically aren't big fans of chicken breast, as it can often be dry, but the chicken fingers at Raising Cane's were surprisingly moist and flavorful. The dipping sauce was also delicious and reminded us of thousand island dressing. The coleslaw was a pleasant surprise, as it wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. We enjoyed it overall. As for the fries, they seemed a bit less fresh, likely because we arrived during a quieter time. They weren't as crispy as I would have liked, but they were still decent. Fred brought our food to the table, which I found surprising but thoughtful; I assumed we were supposed to wait at the counter, but his gesture made it feel more welcoming. Fred has great energy and a charming personality, which reflects his enjoyment of the job and interacting with customers. The whole staff seemed to share this positive attitude, creating a lovely atmosphere. Thank you, Fred, for your outstanding customer service and delightful demeanor. We will certainly be returning!
The chicken is consistently delicious, maybe even the best I've had. It's tender and not overly greasy. I would definitely give it a 5 out of 5!
While the world may not need another fast food chicken review, I must say, it's quite good. The chicken is tender, and the famous sauce definitely steals the show. I was a bit surprised to find that there was only one sauce available. The Texas toast is tasty, the fries are decent (they're thin crinkle-cut), and I can't comment on the cole slaw since I don't eat it. The lemonade is refreshing, especially with the crushed ice. The menu is refreshingly simple, with combos differing only by the number of chicken fingers. The prices are reasonable. Is it worth waiting in a two-hour line? Probably not. But for a casual lunch on a regular fast-food day? Absolutely!
If you're thinking about using the drive-thru, be prepared for a long wait. Most of the time, it’s faster to go inside. Once inside, you can order your food and then take your receipt to the employee by the soda fountain, or they might come to you. Just show your receipt, and they'll prepare your drinks. The other staff will call you when your food is ready—it’s a quick and straightforward process. If you do choose the drive-thru, you'll definitely enjoy their cheerful greeting; it’s sure to bring a smile to your face! I do hope they consider making their chicken fingers a bit longer in the future. I’ve attached a photo to show just how small they are. Regardless, they still taste great!
