Haven Hot Chicken

Excellent service and food is clean and very yummy! A great place for everyone!

The sandwiches are good but nothing extraordinary for it to be 15$ got a combo and it cost 20$ which is insane. The burger is very similar to popeyes, very basic. Also they don't take orders over the phone.

First time trying haven hot chicken, and honestly super disappointed between the employee that assisted me and the food. First off the employee that helped me had a horrible attitude and was rude the whole time taking my order. Never had come here before so I was taking my time looking at the menu. Employee was extremely rude when I was trying to order, due to the fact I don’t like pickles I wanted to make sure my order didn’t have any. And she kept telling me the item I ordered doesn’t come with pickles but on the menu it stated that it did. Then the food was not the best, the chicken tasted like Popeyes in my opinion. The Mac n cheese wasn’t bad but it was extremely watery. Lastly the fries had no flavor, a few of them had salt but the ones that didn’t tasted like nothing. Overall super disappointed with the experience I had at this location.

Love this place!! Quick service. Delicious food! Every time. The not chicken bites are always fabulous! I actually crave them.

This location has gone downhill in terms of service. This is the third time I’ve gone to this specific location, and they have been rude. Today was no different, only ordered fries and took over 25 mins, when asked where my order was, the employee was short and unpleasant. Next I asked for a straw, and the person pointed to the bin and was short, to my surprise there were no straws, and the few that were there were soaked. This location needs to take a page out of the Oxford location, who is consistently pleasant, even after they dealt with a flood. I sadly won’t be coming to this location any more, disappointed.
