Mcdonald's - Milford

The strawberry banana smoothie and chicken nuggets at this restaurant make for a satisfying snack. The quick drive-thru service is a plus, and the friendly staff ensured that my order was made correctly.

I visited the drive-thru twice today and the same woman was working both times. She did an exceptional job, better than anyone I've seen at this place before. She even included ketchup in the bag, something we never usually get with our fries. She checked the bag both times to make sure everything was correct before handing it to us at the window. Although I didn't catch her name, I did notice a cool tattoo on her neck and she was working at the second window. She truly deserves to be recognized for her excellent service, unlike some of the other employees I've encountered here. Keep up the great work, it will only benefit you in the long run. Thank you!

Despite the lower ratings, many people should give this location some credit. Out of several other McDonald's locations, this one stands out as having one of the most consistent drive-thru services that keeps me coming back. While it is true that McDonald's is not perfect and often serves as a starting job for many individuals, it is important to be patient, even if the drive-thru takes a bit longer. I have had both good and bad experiences here, but overall, this McDonald's excels in freshness and consistency compared to others in the tri-state area. The only improvement I would suggest is for them to extend their operating hours to at least midnight or 1am. I understand the challenges of staffing, but it would be convenient for customers like myself who used to rely on this location being open 24 hours.
