Fauchère - Milford

Very pleasant experience. both eating and service were great.

We have dined here numerous times for family celebrations and will certainly return. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. My wife, daughter, and I ordered steak, as we often do, but this time it was quite fatty and not tender at all. Our server was fantastic, but the service was slower than usual. We ended up spending over two hours, mostly waiting for our food to arrive. Normally, I wouldn't leave a negative review, but after spending $300 for four people, I expected a better experience. I understand that every restaurant has off nights, and we will definitely come back, as it's still one of our favorite spots for special occasions.

I always have a fantastic experience at the Hotel Fauchere Bar Louis. The staff is friendly, the cuisine is outstanding, and the location is wonderful.

Sushi pizza is a standout. Branzino was delicious. Nice cocktail and beer selection. Porch on a nice evening is delightful but can get noisy if there is traffic. Would appreciate wider variety of entrees if we were to return. No great options for vegetarians.
