It's sort of inside a gas station convenience store, but that's not off-putting. The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. I've liked DQ cheeseburgers forever, and the ones here are good and consistent.
You do have to wait a little bit, but I didn't mind considering my food was made fresh. I can wait another minute or two for better food I really don't mind.
