Buffalo Wild Wings - Milford

Ordered online and had the notification set up to notify a different phone to let us know when our food was ready. It got finish 20min earlier than the original estimated time food was barely luke warm and box was already falling apart from the condensation from the wings sitting in it too long and still not one notification. Restaurant wasn’t busy maybe 4 tables in the whole place and not a single person at the register besides one guy who seem to be in a rush to leave Order #1030016.

The quality of the food has seriously gone down over the years. While prices have gone through the roof. The only thing that they have going for them is the amount of sports they show. You'll be better off if you find a local bar with the sports you're interested in.

The server was so rude. Asked her for a drink and helped explain it to her and she made a rude remark in return. Never giving my business to this place, was ready to give a large tip.

Sever told me all the food would be brought out at the same time, my order was not. Had to ask 3 separate times for my food to finally be brought to me. My margarita had a disgusting, old, lime in the picture. Not happy with this location. Do not recommend.

I took my daughter 8 other family members there for my daughter's birthday. I purchased $150.00 worth of gift cards shortly after arriving. When I went to pay for our meal with the gift cards I was told that I could not use them for 4 hours!! I have never had this occur any restaurant that I have purchased gift cards used them at the same time! Extremely disturbing!! So basically, they got me for $300.00 that night $144.00 for our meal plus tip, $150.00 in gift cards). ? Our waitress was very good so was our food.
