Bistro Basque - Milford

I walked in right before it was busy. Of course I did not have a reservation. They sat me anyway and soon after every table was filled. The food was beyond excellent the servers were attentive. I'm very glad I found this place ????

This restaurant in Mitford, CN serves the most authentic Spanish food I have had in my 28 years living in the US. I tried the Cazuela de Mariscos and it was phenomenal. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere in the small patio was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hidden gem.

What a treat it was finding this place! In a Town that has more standard fare to find this cute fusion French Bistro was spectacular. Charming decor and atmosphere. Authentic French Host immediately set the perfect mood. Waitress was a delight. Foodwas on point and made for a wonderful date night. Foie gras was lovely with the grilled fruit. Skirt steak with chimichurri hadamazing hard char and perfect medium rare. Sensual apple tart for dessert. Fantastic evening and easily my new favorite whenvisiting Milford. Don't miss this gem!

We had a wonderful dining experience here! The host (and I think owner) is charming and very, very funny. The food was delicious every bite!! Drinks were delivered quickly, service was outstanding and not rushed. We were the first in the dining room lastnight but even when full, you could still have a conversation. Acoustics matter, and they got it right. Also very cozy! We willbe back again and again!

Great Atmosphere. Quaint.Food options were prepared exquisitely. Appetizers, Main Course and deserts were tremendous.I went with stuffed short rib peppers w/salad, roast duck Brest, potato augratin and grilled veg. Crepes and coffee! I?ll be back
