Angilo's Pizza - Milford

We clearly specified our desired toppings for the pizzas, but they disregarded our order and added different toppings instead. When we tried to resolve the issue, we were first told that the pizzas in front of us didn't have the toppings we could obviously see. They then informed us that they wouldn’t address the problem until the next day and hung up on us.

I ordered a medium meat combo pizza, but the crust had an odd taste. The toppings didn’t seem to be baked evenly; it looked like the pizza had just been put in the microwave. The top wasn't browned at all, and the cheese melted right off. The fries that I ordered on the side were overcooked and mostly burnt. I ended up throwing away the entire meal and definitely won’t be returning. I regret leaving a generous tip before I saw the food.

The pizza wasn't great. They gave us green peppers instead of banana peppers, and with a fully staffed kitchen, no one could manage to make a simple three-topping pizza correctly. It was a step down from their larger pizzas and still didn't impress. Some slices barely had any cheese. On the bright side, the staff was friendly. Honestly, I usually avoid any of the Angelo's locations; they just aren't what they used to be. In terms of flavor, the pizza was edible, and I did enjoy the texture of the crust. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, as it was my first visit to this specific location.
