I've always been a fan of 4-B's. The food and service are excellent. I visit a few times a week for their soup and salad at lunch.

Had breakfast there. Server was friendly and nice. Pricing was a bit high considering the quality.

Had wonderful Chicken Strips Fries, which were really good, and affordable.The Handicapped was so low, I wouldn't say it was handicapped.
