Arby's - Miles City

At a restaurant that touts having great meats, they seemed surprisingly elusive. The Wagyu burger lacked a noticeable presence and while it tasted fine, it didn’t stand out. The chicken tenders were mostly breading with not much chicken to enjoy. The curly fries were fantastic when served warm and paired with Arby’s Sauce, but unfortunately, mine were neither warm nor did they come with the requested sauce.

I ordered food through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it arrived old and cold. The chicken strips we received were still pink in the middle and undercooked. I called to inform them about the issue, and they offered to send us a new 5-piece order, but I’m not willing to take that risk. The person who answered the call was polite, but I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously.

This is a fantastic restaurant! I've never had a disappointing meal here; the food is consistently good and fresh. I highly recommend it!

This Arby's is friendly, quiet, and clean. There's really nothing more to add!

Never answer the phone, been sitting in line for 30+ minutes. And always made sure my dine in food was done before the drive thru
