Ms Lucy Modern Asian Eatery - Mildura

There's a broad and somewhat eclectic range of Asian style offerings here, from Japanese to Indonesian, Thai and Malay. Wouldn't call it 'fusion' myself - that is a too oft used term without a knowledge of what it means. This place serves Asian style food which is accessible to the mainstream. The menu seems to work OK and the food we had was pretty good - busy even on a Tuesday night when others were not. The service was attentive. The wine list covered the bases and was well priced. The restaurant has a socially noisy mod/hipster cafe style and a good atmosphere.They cater for birthdays apparently ( as we were to learn ) and they make an extra fuss if it happens to be your 'special' day - loud birthday anthem, lots of community clapping and encouragement. Notwithstanding it was a Tuesday in mid August we went on a night where this played out 4 ( yes 4 ) times. The restaurant had also apparently just celebrated it's first. Good luck to them but not intimate dining - not that we were looking for that. A pleasant surprise in Mildura and would recommend.They do takeaway too.

Made a booking which I recommend and 6.30 for 6 of us we had a lot of food but nice food. Pork buns 3 of are very generous and nice before reading is a good serve and very nice as is the fried rice with three large prawns. The beef Thai salad I am told was good as was the special lamb cutlets. A few other dishes local wine list reasonably priced good very quick service we where gone within two hours easy.

Fabulous food, friendly helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, loved the mocktails too. Great menu choice, and if you have a Birthday, expect to have happy birthday played so everyone can join in! Highly recommend.

We stopped in Mildura for one night and tried this Asian place. They do Asian dish from all over Asia, Malay, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Balinese, etc. It is not always very authentic dish but everything we had was really nice.. we tried the beef rendang and Japanese prawns. Beef was very tender, quite mild. Prawns were huge and very tasty. The service was very friendly and reasonable price. We both enjoyed it. Looking at the other tables, their dishes looked excellent too.

Wow what amazing food didn't expect this to make my one of my top rated places I ate at this week away but it has and probably #1 at that. thanks so much, after reading a few mixed reviews I'm so glad we went there my laksa was outstanding maybe a few greens, veg or tofu to beak it up a bit but other than that it was a solid 9/10 and my partners pork belly was even better, congrats. good friendly service seeming the place was flat out no complaints there and the food was just excellent and the decor and all round vibe was good for all ages wish I found this place sooner in our trip but I'll be back on our next trip, enjoy..
