Contribuiți la feedbackOne of the owners of this restaurant, rocco, worked before in trattoria toscana di giovanni and we had to know him from our regular visit there. while we recently decided to try la fornasetta and renew our acance with rocco. this is a completely...other kind of restaurant, but we had the most pleasant experience. it is located outside the center in via breda and we took a bus from the main railway station that holds very close to the restaurant. the formal is simple, red and white wine as well as mineral water are on the table with a large selection of antipastos. after finishing with hte antipastos is brought a selection of different primi piatti, followed by main courses and a selection of sweets etc. to follow them lemon sosorbet, a bowl beck, some sweets and some cheese. to the end of the evening you get a coffee and a selection of liqueurs house schnaps, house amaro or limoncello. how they can do this only per person is incredible. they need to book in advance as they buy fresh products daily and only enough to fulfill bookings, which means no drop. it is very busy, but they can deal with over diners in an evening. our whole evening passed very quickly and we let ourselves well entertained, well fed and will return definitiw if we then return to mailand. this restaurant will often enjoy tables of young people enjoying a night outside and that is really a fun place to be. they are currently open only Wednesday to Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday
