Terraferma - Milano

We went here 2x. The first time we ordered the châteaubriand and when we asked for the sauce (usually it’s served with Bernaise) the waiter offered us ketchup and mayonnaise with a snuff. Then he said good meat does not need a sauce which I agreed with, but not chateaubriand. Anyway they explained that they are more a fish place so we decided to go back as the staff was friendly and the ambience good. I ordered the spider **** spaghetti and my boyfriend wen to see the fish selection. He chose a small red snapper and then the waiter said take 2, so he agreed to have it with spaghetti as well (I agree it’s a strange choice). My spider crab tastes totally bland and not much different from my boyfriend’s dish. Even adding salt and pepper did not improve the dish. When we go the bill we fell over backwards as they charged 4€ cover charge and we only got bread basket, and they charged 90€ for thre 2 plates of pasta which turned out was made with the fish. I was disappointed that I did not get my spider crab which by the way would have been 22€ and by the way a spaghetti with lobster costs 35€, so I am not sure if the fish was made of gold. We did not want to argue again with the staff, paid and went away. I do not want to say that I do not recommend the place, but the staff should be a little more informative as otherwise you feel they do not care, but I think they do care, but are just overworked.

If you're looking for a real italian pizza in Milan, this is the place to be. they know how to make. they are very good at treating their customer They also serve other food (fish and meat), which is excellent as well, but the menu is not too crowded. I go there every time I am in Milan, approx. twice a year and so far so good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is nice, i recommend this best restaurant for everyone

Food was fantastic, service was good, and portion sizes were huge. I ate alone and had tuna tartare to start and a filet steak with fries. It was fantastic.

Ottimo ristorante, lo consiglio. Soprattutto per chi vuole mangiare del buon pesce!
