Domino's Pizza - Milano

Great cafoni, unable to handle the slightest problem with home delivery. I give a star, but so much reviews are all so negative that I will not influence much the overall rating. You have much to learn from the American style, first (but not only) in communication with the customer. Drop!

We receive a free promotional sms of delivery until 4/12 with reference to this store. We call and order a pizza, clearly specifying the delivery address, Via Sant’Ampellio, which is 2 km from the store. After 30 minutes from the order we are called by the driver who does not find the address. There are 2 more calls in the next 25 minutes because the store does not understand the name of the street and the driver to find the address (Via Sant’Ampellio does not seem difficult to understand or find... . After ten more minutes, the store recalls a fourth time and says it cannot deliver the pizza because the address is out of the area. Result: more than an hour of waiting, lost time, rotten liver and empty stomach. I would say that every further comment on the service and attention to the customer of this pizzeria is superfluous, qualifies itself. Unconscious.

Third order and never disappointed, it's a different pizza, but it's really good, you can put on the ingredients you want and follow online the various steps. Recommended for those who love a very rich and tasty thing.

It's different from the usual pizza we're used to, we ate directly from them and they also applied us a discount. The quality of pizza is acceptable, but it's different, it's like pastry or salt cake, so it's not the classic pizza we're used to.

The pizza arrives hot and in pre-established times, it is not at all negative as it is said on the contrary I found a valid alternative to standard pizzas. I also recommend chickens that are really good!
