This was a lovely, local restaurant with a fun staff. From the moment we sat down, they started bringing us food. Make sure you take advantage of the grilled bread and the buratta. The host speaks broken English but you understand his recommendations well. Lots of food at a very reasonable price. If you want to eat local, enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Make sure to call ahead for a reservation.

Average place despite their Michelin recognition. The food was hit and miss. Nobody speaks English and there is no English menu. Would not go back there.

Wonderful, Authentic, Casual and Amazing experience. The food does not get any more authentic. I felt as if I was invited to my friends family restaurant. The quality of ingredients, large portion size and just the shear authentic nature and preparation of the food make this a must stop in Milan. Good selection of meat and pasta dishes with a emphasis on the Ambruzzo Region of Italy. The Spagetti Carbonara was as good as I have ever had.

The atmosphere and the tasting menu was formidable. It felt like coming home to an Italian family dinner. We tried other restaurants with more fine dining, but we returned to this place at the end of our stay because it was the best. But beware, they serve A LOT of good food, so be hungry!
