Cafe Metropolis - Milano

The staff is quite friendly, the location is very convenient, and there is a lot of space inside and outside; the food I ate was very good, I think they call it happy hour (just a starter, but very good)

Arrived 15 minutes before aperitivo time. We were seated but no one took our order although we were the only ones in the restaurant and kept trying to make eye contact with the waiter who kept polishing the same glass over and over again. Once the waiter came to our table 20 minutes after we arrived we asked to some drinks (Mostly tea and soft drinks . We were then told that they could give us the drinks but that they would charge over double the price as it now was aperitivo time (same rules included all beverages, even tea!! although we had been sitting there for 20 minutes already! Ridiculous and topping the list of the worst service I have experienced.

We stopped at this place to drink something after dinner. I enjoyed a very good mojito. The staff was courteous, and the place has a beautiful space with tables outside. It was a nice way to end our evening in Milan.
