A corner of Naples in the heart of Legnano! I had the pleasure of discovering this authentic Neapolitan gem in Legnano, managed with passion by the friendly and genuine Raffaele. As soon as you cross the threshold of the pizzeria, you are welcomed by a warm and familiar atmosphere, typical of authentic Neapolitan trattorias. I ordered a margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella and I must say that it was a real gastronomic experience. The dough was light and fragrant, just as it should be for a Neapolitan pizza. The buffalo mozzarella was very fresh and the tomato achieved that touch of sweetness and flavor typical of the region. Raffaele made sure that all the details were perfect: from cooking the pizza in the wood oven, to the selection of high quality ingredients. Every bite transported me straight to the streets of Naples. The service was warm and welcoming, with Raffaele telling funny anecdotes about the true tradition of Neapolitan pizza. It's clear that he puts his heart into what he does and this is reflected in the goodness of the dishes and the authentic atmosphere that you breathe.
