Subway - Milaca

The experience was average. While the food was tasty, it was evident that one of the staff members was new and inexperienced. I ordered a recommended sub but the new staff member had difficulty following the ingredients.

According to Google, the restaurant was supposed to be open but unfortunately it was closed when I arrived on August 15, 2022 at 1pm for lunch. There was no explanation on the sign, just a note saying that they were closed.

We waited in line for 10 minutes in front of two employees who were busy with online orders. They did not greet us, acknowledge us, or ask how they could assist us. When one employee finally helped us, he was curt and direct, asking bluntly what we wanted without engaging in conversation. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I am a woman of color and as soon as I walked in the door I was given looks and stared at. They made me wait 30n minutes before they acknowledged I was waiting to order my food. I ordered my food and when I was asked what I wanted for veggies I saidtomatoes please and they put one on. I said could I please get a few more and the worker screamed NO N-word(except he actuallysaid it) at my face at spit at me told me to leave and I walked out. The worker was a male and I did not catch his name.

Quality of food was ok don?t order online because they don?t have most things offered online and will just replace with something else.
