Hotel Le Soleil Restaurant - Mijoux

Super unfriendly and drunken owner would not even help us find the way to the village. don't go here if you want to be nice to people.

I went there with my family too. my child took nothing special chicken and pommes. my wife took laughs with rebloch occupied and served with kartoffels and sweets, which was delicious. my planche du soleil was impressive: a teller with charcuterie ham, salami,...foie gras, terrine de campagne and much! of cheese, among which I distinguished: blue de gex, raclette, morbier, gruyere, and a creamy. really much what I had to finish and I am not so small. I also took a glass of wine, which was beautiful. coffee. a total of 42 euro, which were worth for all nice meals. also the atmosphere was beautiful as it was in a house dated ~1740 with fireplace and beautiful decorations.

I went there with my family at lunch. My kid took nothing special (chicken nuggets and fries.) My wife took salmon topped with reblochon and served with potatoes and vegetables, which was delicious. My "Planche du Soleil" was impressive: a plate with charcuterie (ham, salami, foie gras, terrine de campagne) and a lot (!) of cheese, among which I distinguished: blue de Gex, raclette, Morbier, Gruyere, and a creamy one. Really a lot which I had difficulties to finish (and I am not that small.) I also took a glass of wine, which was nice. Coffee. Total 42 Euros, which was worth for all the nice food. Also the atmosphere was nice, since it is in a house dated ~1740 with chimney and nice decorations.

Not the same day as patrick g, but the manager/patronne was still drunk at 5:00. a la carte of the restaurant in the evening, a single menu imposed on 18€. a very basic salad, lentils/sauce and a slice of pie. Nothing interesting even if it was eatable. The service is more than brouillon, completely chaotic.Break, don't go. The only thing that saves them is that there's nothing else in the summer.
