Very disappointing from beginning to end. we stayed next to the hyatt and said that it was a highly respected Italian restaurant. from the hostess to the waitress it was just a very disappointing experience. eating that I would say is perhaps worth 3...stars, but combined with the below average service I would recommend a hard time to this place and definitely not come back.

The food was delicious and the ambiance is nice. The place has little cozy area, some brightly lit area and an outdoor seating as well. It’s also very well priced for a restaurant of its caliber . The margherita pizza is super delicious. The minestrone...soup was not exactly to my preference as I prefer tomato broth in it n it was kind of clear broth with peas as well in it, it tasted good but different than my expectations. Our server Julio was exceptional. He could also speak in English which made it easy for us to communicate. He realised that my little daughter likes lots of Parmesan cheese on her pasta so he even packed some for her in our take away food. If English is your preferred language, I recommend do ask for Julio to serve you.

Last week we came with our friends and I have to say we were very disappointed. The experience was POOR. We were in Mexico City a few years ago and we visited. This time it was not the experience we remembered. There were no one...at the entrance and we had to wait several minutes. A Head waitress arrived and she could not find our reservation. The salads and pizzas were very good. The main course was served to us almost cold. A waiter prepared the Fettuccini and the other dishes were left on the side, everything was cold! I raised my hand several times but no one came. Before we left my wife went to the bathroom and she told me it’s was disgusting. This is very unacceptable in a restaurant of this category. We will never go back.

Increíble experiencia en familia. Ordenamos una ensalada de tomate con queso Burrata, deliciosa. Yo probé el risotto de camarones y mi esposa la pasta Fruto di Mare. Las porciones eran generosas, la calidad y el servicio excelentes. Estoy gratamente sorprendido.

Simply excellent. delicious food, pastas, where from this world. excellent variety and delicious taste. best weinkeller of mexiko. excellent service.
