Pizza Hut Express - Midwest City

I made an order and paid for the Cinnabon frosting on the side. They sent the worse plain icing instead. So I called and asked for it to be fixed. The person who answered didn 't even know there was a difference and argued with me. Then the manager did to for a second until I explained that the frosting was what they put in the Cinnabon. So he then just said we ran out . I asked if they just weren 't making the Cinnabons now and he said yes, we ran out of the frosting just a few minutes ago . To his credit he did issue a refund (haven 't seen that yet though).I felt like he was lying to me so I made another order, for Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with a side of the frosting. They showed up, with the correct frosting this time. He started with a simple mistake that could have been easily fixed. Instead he argued and then just lied to me. The deserts here are honestly the only reason I order Pizza Hut instead of dominos but they get the icing/frosting mixed up about 50% of the time. That plus the lying.... Not ordering from here again.

Now I know why they're rated 2 1/2 stars. Top down suck. The driver was rude, the order taker wouldn't LISTEN, and the MANAGER didn't care! I hope you go outta business because the pizza wasn't even worthy. Oh yeah, I over tipped a rude **** and they didn't care.

I love the pizza but I also love the wings when I'm not feeling pizza. Pizza Hut is overall a very good pizza place!

Pizza was great! Everything was fresh. The brownies were so good!!! Service was great too! The delivery driver was so friendly!!

Pizza is always great, ordered 15 minutes before closing got there four minutes after closing.Glad they stayed around to let me pick up my order. Every other time I order food is always good.
