Buffalo Wild Wings - Midvale

Probably the last time I'll eat at a BWW. The service seems to have tanked on a national level. My order took way longer than expected and my wings looked like they had been under the heat lamp for about an hour. The fries, however, were fantastic.

We ordered wings and there was little to no sauce on them. We asked the waitress for our 2 sauces in ramikins, got some to go boxes and had to sauce them ourselves. She apologized, which wasn't her fault.

I stopped in on a super busy NFL football night and had amazing service. They were definitely busy and the place was packed and they handled it very well. The service and food was quicker and hotter and better than I had ever had it at any other BWW location that I’ve ever been to in the US. My bartender Vika was amazing and very attentive and so was all of her wait staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Would give them a 100 out of 5 stars if possible.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Walked in got sat at the smallest coldest table possible. Waited for service, never got it. Another family walked in after us and got service before they sat down. We walked out. Tried to call and talk to a manager, waited over 5 minutes and that never happened either. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
