Taco Bell - Midtown UNLV

I went to pickup a. Order, today 4/3/24 at 5:30 to 6 pm. The woman in ther was being verbally abusive to the staff and clients. I get being Low on staff but she actually yelled at a client saying he wanted a beef burrito, even though his English was a second language you van tell what he was ordering. When I went to grab the wrong order with a simulator name she gave me attitude and said it wasn't for me , then when I said it was a mistake no reason for the attitude she said ill show you attitude. Then she went back to belittling the staff, her toddler fits were actually making it were her coworkers couldn't focus and the job and she was slowing them down. When I asked about the order she said it's being worked on and if I didn't like it she'll just throw the drinks away and I could leave , so I canceled the or order and left. When I went to call customer service they were closed, I get having a bad day there's no reason for her to take it out on the staff or customers.

Food was wonderful Service was good
