Taco Bell, I have to ask: why did I spend $11 on a cravings box when my cravings went unfulfilled? I was shocked by the smell and appearance of the food. It felt like a health code violation. After taking just one bite of a stale taco, an employee informed me that since I had already tasted it, I couldn't return the entire box. I knew that wasn't fair, so I showed them the poor quality of the food, yet they still refused to refund my $11. I came to grab a meal because I hadn't eaten all day, and now I'm left hungry and frustrated, wasting my time writing this when I shouldn't have to. Please improve your food quality and staff training. Honestly, I don't understand how this location is still in operation.
This was the worst experience I've ever had! I had to give at least one star to write this review, but they truly don’t deserve any. They messed up our order and couldn't even fill it correctly. One of our meals was missing from the bag, and the other one was completely wrong. Our first warning sign should have been seeing other customers leaving the drive-thru line to go inside for corrections. Unfortunately, we didn’t check our order until we got home. We will definitely not be returning to this location. As for the meal that was missing, we ended up going to the Taco Bell near Rockwood, which offers much better service and food quality.
Save yourself NEVER go to this location! I've always known if you go here, expect a grab bag of whatever they feel like giving you that day, but whatever, I can deal with that. This time, they literally told me to come around 3 different times because they weren't ready yet. This was 30 minutes after they opened! The last time, they were kind enough to ask what we wanted to see if they possibly had it ready. We left... this place is VERY poorly managed we will not return. Just go about 10 mins further down Hull Street to another location like they told me to do. Don't waste your time here.
Not totally surprised... But extremely irritated. Why does Taco Bell have such an problem getting an order correct? They repeat it back to you... It's on the screen correctly... And what's in your bag is not what you ordered. Another fail for Taco Bell especially the Moseley location! Wasted time and money ... and now sad cause I didn't get my burrito supreme. Shame on you, Taco Bell!
