Ruth's Chris Steak House Richmond

Daniel, our server was excellent; the level of expectation continues to rise! lol. he made the evening exactly what we were looking for. to enjoy some drinks before ordering our appetizers and dinners. he was on the way to read our thoughts! we love ruth chris on huguenot. it is far superior to others throughout the country and we are so blessed to have them in richmond. After some weeks we were looking for a relaxing, slow pace dinner with friends so we could catch up on life events! danial was exceptional in terms of its timing to visit our table for further services; he did not overwhelm us with constant interruptions, but always had perfect timing for our unoccupied desires. his recommendations made me choose dishes about my normal routine and what excellent and excellent choices! what an incredible experience as he previews our desires before we could express a request and future eating with ruth chris will no longer be on the table we always prefer, but now it will only be with danial as our server! service and eating is beyond 5; the music could be with a lower volume. I suspect it causes diners louder to speak about the music and with multi-dinner, the loud chatter draws from the fine culinary experience. but what a relaxed fabulous evening; the best three hours spent, through a few drinks, appetizers, salads, dinners and the best dessert of all time to wander! go, ask for danial, and they will have the most pleasant culinary experience in richmond! I'll warn you, you'll be spoiled!

Great dining experience here tonight for my birthday. Our waiter, Michael was outstanding and cared for all our needs. Food was fabulous and hot/ tasty. We were well taken care of by Michael and his attentive staff. Manager checked on us and we appreciate all the attention and pride tonight’s dinner experience provided. We were returning guests bringing special friends to join in my birthday celebration and were treated the way Ruth Chris staff were trained to do! Highly recommend and we will be returning. Again, Micheal our waiter was fabulous, attentive and went well above what we expected. He made my birthday dinner one to remember. Thanks so much!!!

Our server, Bobby, was extraordinary. He took such good care of us from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and knew the menu inside and out. He went above and beyond. The food was beyond delicious and the steaks (filet mignon) were cooked to perfection. Great experience!

26th birthday dinner for my fiancé . We had the BEST dining experience ever !! Will be back !!
