This cafe in Midlothian is truly a hidden gem! I strongly recommend checking it out. I tried a mocha cupcake and a chai latte, both of which were fresh and delicious. The chai latte was the best I've ever tasted. The frosting on the mocha cupcake was incredibly light and creamy. Additionally, Eunice Kim has a lovely CD album for sale there that I've been enjoying; my husband loved it so much he "borrowed" it from me! Thank you, Ms. Kim, for creating such a wonderful family-owned cafe in Midlothian! You are an exceptionally talented chef and musician!
