New owners, exceptional customer service has made an incredible difference. Warm and friendly staff, fresh ingredients are this real sandwich experts!!

This restaurant has new ownership since receiving negative reviews in 2018. While the place could use a bit of an upgrade, the customer service experience was excellent. The young lady who served us was very polite and helpful. Our sandwiches and salads were delicious. I will continue to dine at this establishment.

Do not even disturb the cant make a decent sub they treat it custormers like **** I get a sub the didint even treated eough lettus to the floor of the bungalow 2 cucumbers and 3 green paprika then if you trust after a...small lettus they get crazy and we can say that they must kill as to close...

Worst customer experience ever. I'm not sure if the owner really knows what's going on in his store. Dave be careful! These young girls you work for you (e.g. Dani) will close your doors... permental. I enjoy Subway and it's close, but... I don't spend hard-earned money to get what I ask. If you try to correct the child, make the sandwich, you met with huffs and posture. Why is this a new concept to actually get what you ordered with a friendly face? Isn't that customer service? I didn't get her to work! Make the sandwich with a baked smile and call me names under your breath as all the others have to do. Several customers say that you want DON'T or need our business is crazy business practice. I suggest you hire a new supervisor because all the staff will learn from her.

Syaff are very slow and I have bee here twice and asked to speak to manager and was told she was on the phone so I said I would wait to speak to her after she fine came to speak to me I asked her...why are they under staffed she told me if I don’t like it go somewhere else
